If I owed you....it would be another story

<p>Discovery vitality debited my credited card with an amount of R122.00 for my watch penalty subsequent to that they gave me a concession which I was granted from the medical review board and I was supposed to receive a refund. I have still not received the refund. If I owed them the money it would be a different story. I find this unacceptable and I my patience is wary very thin with this organisation. I demand my refund or else I will refer my matter to the ombudsman.</p>
