I WANT TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT

I am BEYOND frustrated with Vitality! I tried calling you FOUR times today. Each time it verifies me and tells me that I will be transferred to a consultant, my call is DROPPED! I just want to speak to someone to help sort my query out! I absolutely HATE that I cannot get a hold of anyone, or there is no where to request a call back on your website!
