i want my vouchers and race pack Now

Registered and paid for being a runner on team vitality on 2 Feb..fetched my license from Leroy on 6feb..if I didn't fetch I wud still b waiting and expected to pay temp licenses for my races I guess..I'm calling everyday to know when am I getting the running gear and I still haven't received the welcome email with my garmin vouchers and others....wat the hell is going on?...everyday I call and get different stories... In running my phone bill with this nonsense.. I won't pay for a club and not have club gear..you are not keeping your part of the bargain...if u can't do this right then PAY me back I don't have time for this games UA playing...u don't reply to my emails...nobody calls back....I want my race pack and my vouchers by this Thursday 12 Feb or give me my money back I will find another club who knows what they are doing... You are wasting my time and my airtime
