I want my money back

I am very angry,i joined discovery vitality and cancelled it before the 5days cooling period,it was a friday when i cancelled and i was told to contact my HR dept,i did the following weeke and we got a confirmation email that it has been cancelled.The money has been deducted from my payslip i would like to have it back as in yesterday i need it.
