I want my membership to be reinstated.

I see on an sms my membership is cancelled just like that.

I do not check my bank statements etc. I was not informed but that is not the case. When I tried to phone now I can clearly hear how a woman is on the line but speaking to someone else and not me and then I have to rate the service which you dont get that opportunity to do so. I want my membership to be reinstated.
