I have been on an ongoing struggle with Vitality since December last year, it has been sorted out multiple times with payment included and still it gets cancelled at random intervals. We have reactivated it more than five times and it is cancelled again. Deductions are going off and STILL it gets cancelled. I was on a call with them and after 10 minutes the call just dropped, after being directed from one department to the other as every person on the other line says, that's not my department, let me put you through to someone that can assist.
