I DID NOT CANCEL MY DISCOVERY VITALITY!

Why did you guys cancel my vitality? I cancelled my discovery health because i joined a new company and had to go on there medical. So i added Life insurance to keep my vitality. My wife is now the main member with both of us on vitality. But even though i explained this over and over to multiple agents to keep the vitality, you guys still cancelled it. You keep confirming everything is fine when your system is sending me emails saying its cancelled and that i am going to get billed by my gym, which is currently free on vitality. Can someone please sort this out because its been going on for weeks with wrong information from all sides. It needs to stay so that i can keep my gym membership. If it is not fixed, i might as well cancel everything as it is the only reason why i took out a life policy WITH vitality.
