I AM ON SILVER TIER BUT CANNOT USE DISCOUNT

I am on the silver tier and have tried a number of times to book anything through kulula and every time I do, it takes the money out of my account but does not actually make the booking. I AM STILL WAITING FOR AN R8 000 REFUND FROM KULULA! I expect better from Discovery, they should be putting pressure on Kulula to reduce the frequency of these issues BECAUSE DISCOVERY WONT GIVE YOU THE DISCOUNT IF YOU BOOK THROUGH THE HOTEL DIRECTLY!!!!!!!

So the question then is, why stay with Vitality if you can NEVER redeem the discount rewards? The Answer? I am cancelling my vitality. I am done.
