Huge increase in Gym fees due to discovery vitality

Trying to contact you for support/assistance has been an impossible joke. My gym fees went from 495 to 1160. I went to virgin active and they advised me that my vitality has been cancelled, yet money is deducted every month by discovery for my vitality.

Please get someone to contact me so we can resolve this.
