Huawei phone link to Vitality App

I have been experiencing an issue with my Huawei phone link to the Vitality App. I have ben in contact with Vitality, via Facebook messaging, since 11 June. While they have been very diligent in uploading my points manually, there has been no resolution in establishing a direct link to the app. They keep assuring me it is being dealt with by their technical team. My question is when will they help me resolve it?
