HOW MANY EMAILS DOES ONE HAVE TO SEND?!?

How many emails does a client have to send to get a response??? Your automatic email response states 3 days to respond to a customer: 1 this is shocking and poor and 2 you dont even meet this deadline! A response is greatly appreciated to assist in linking the W Rewards card on the Discovery Vitality website so i can start using the benefits.
