how long to wait for a response

my husbands strava account was linked to mine and his profile. when quering this discovery was quick to reverese the points but is not interested in correcting the mistake as i cannot seem to link mine. im not sure if they not understanding what to do but i have been trying for a month to get through to them with no luck!!!! evertime they say it takes 3 - 5 working days!!! how many 3-5 working days does a month have????? *********** people? i dont think discovery did their hoemwrok when it came to this fitness goals thing with kuaia and vida. i am the one loosing out and they are absolutely not interested in helping a person. what to do
