How Long can one person really wait??
This is getting ridiculous... <br> <br> Over the last 3 days I have new been on hold for a cumulative 50 minutes over 3 phone calls just to speak to someone about Vitality... I understand you may be busy, but for goodness sake, fix this problem! and then call me about Vitality.<br> <br>
