Horrific service provider- discovery vitality

Absolutely ********** customer service from vitality. All from the call centre, to back office, to the managers queries are escalated to. No sense of urgency either. They even fail to stick to their turnaround time of 3-5 working days for feedback. I currently have multiple ref numbers and no resolution to date. I do not recommend vitality at all. Ever. Don't do it. Safe yourself the frustration
