horrific Customer Service

I have never come across such pathetic service , I called in from the 13th of March in attempt to activate vitality balance as there was a promotion at virgin active that was ending on the 15th of march 2019. I first to least 7 consultants before I could be transferred to the relevant department held for at least 5 minutes in-between the calls. I don't know what kind of circus Discovery has going on there but it disappointing I held great respect for this company believing that their consultants provide exceptional service oh boy was I wrong. This was the first time calling in and the service was by far the worst I have ever come across I am writing this review and mind you I still haven't managed to get through to a consultant that can assist in giving feedback on the request logged
