Horrible Service from Discovery Team Vitality

Discovery Team Vitality running club service is extremely horrible I have paid almost R2000 as a non member so I can be part of the biggest club...... But my experience has been horrible with sending out countless emails asking about my status and when will I get my welcome mail....my club name doesn't show when I enter races. It's so frustrating I mean March is approaching and am not a member yet!!!!!
