Horrible service and resolving time.

I am extremely disappointed in discovery vitality gym benefits I have been stuck with an issue for 3 weeks and no one has given me feedback yet they claim a 2 day turn around time. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing at the level in which they operate at with poor management.
