Horrible customer service

I have been trying to get hold of someone for 2 days already. I’ve been receiving horrible service on your chat functionality and Onika has been avoiding me. A consultant yesterday said she’ll get her to call me and I am still waiting. When I ask to speak to a manager I’m given the run around and was placed on hold now for 10 minutes only to be told that they still waiting for someone to become available.
