HOAX! Vitality Discount

My family joined Vitality last year. We’ve been working extremely hard to up our level and to enjoy our rewards. We’ve been trying for months to do our health assessments at various pharmacies who all complained about discovery’s systems being offline. I’ve called vitality, who just referred me back to the pharmacy and to tell them to contact discovery. They’ve done so, without avail. I’ve tried since December to book flights to Shanghai, using Emirates, as same provides a discount. Vitality doesn’t list these Emirate flights, and I am therefore unable to get my discounts. Upon calling them today, the agent told me that emirates doesn’t fly to Shanghai, despite being listed on Emirate’s website. It is now 3 weeks before my flight, which means I cannot get a discount anymore, despite having planned my trip well in advance. Vitality is a complete HOAX!
