Helpdesk refuses to respond

Hi,<br> <br> I logged a ticket with Discovery on the 28th of December regarding their Vitality app not working as intended. I still do not have a working solution, and keep on getting told someone will get hold of me. I've followed up via email and am not getting anywhere.<br> <br> The android play store is flooded with people complaining about this exact same problem and that Discovery just doesn't respond to anyone's requests. <br> <br> I am thus resorting to Hellopeter as this is public with a different person viewing these requests, and hopefully get someone to start doing their work. <br> <br> My Discovery ref number is : ***.<br> <br> <br> <br>
