Heartless!

<p>My husband's gym membership was cancelled for missing two visits in a year but a month later is up to date. There are valid reasons for the gap of two visits but the lady that he spoke to would not listen to his reasons. He is a 17 times Comrades runner and uses his gym membership constantly. There are no contact email addresses to send a motivating request to and there is only one contact number which he used and received a negative response. </p>
