Heart Rate Headache - Vitality Pointless

Vitality Points less! I had an issue with my Polar Sport A3600 recording my heart rate accurately - The Discovery system will only allocates points based on the whole work which was 66m. So it is pointless having a graph log to see how the work out went if you only use the average

So my first 20mins was below avg 115 bpm and second 40mins was at an average of 132 minutes the fact that the total work out average was 120 means only 100 points. My high level activity is 160 x 80% = 128

The whole purpose is to get 30 minutes hard exercise which Idid and should be allocated 300 points.

Maybe Discovery should clarify this rule because for people who have to start and stop the devices this could be a problem

I personally think this rule interpretation is not how to engage your active users - it makes me want to give up!

I did appreciate the call from your the Discovery call centre - however they were adamant that they could not allocate additional points even though I had done 30 minutes hard exercise.

Depressed, devitalised,N
