HealthyFood Cash back payments

I joined the HealthyFood program in March 2009. According to discovery my cash backs were deposited into my private bank account at another Financial Institution. On inspecting my bank account statements since March 2009, I could not identify any payments made relating to Discovery HealthyFood cash back. Discovery Vitality is unwilling to investigate the matter further to determine where the money due to me went. Very disappointing!
