HealthyFood cash back

We have not received our HealthyFood cash back for a few months now. I have furnished bank accounts to support the fact that we have not received them. We have also received statements from Discovery claiming that we should receive a certain amount and this has not been paid to us.

We have also communicated with Discovery and they just do not get back to you with progress updates or resolution. This process is very frustrating. They promise cash back but don't deliver on the promise.
