HealthyCare benefit appears to be a ****

Twice now have I bought HealthyCare items from Clicks (my preferred partner of 25% discount).<br> <br> In none of these instances have I received the so called 25% cashback. The only points-converted-to-cash breakdown on my Clicks profile has been the regular points for my normal purchases.<br> <br> Case in point. In November I purchased R155 worth of S1 and S2 medication. For this I am supposed to receive 0.25 x R155 = R38.75 cashback. As of 4 January 2016 the total amount of cashback on my Clicks card is R17.10. And no I haven't used any previous cash on my card ever before. Totally disgusted with Discovery Health in tricking me to spend at Clicks with the empty promises of receiving a HealthyGear cashbach. <br> <br> Useless benefit.
