Healthy gear cash back

I have been waiting 3 months for my healthy gear cash backs after having to send my banking details. How did Discovery not have my banking details as I have been a client for 9 years now! I have mailed and phoned and the people are so ***********. I spoke to a "manager" on Thursday who insured me that he will get back to me on Friday with feedback. Guess what I'm still waiting!
