Healthy Food Vitality Points Confusion

On the 4th June 2023 my wife and I shopped at Woolworths and on my Woolworth Store card I bought all the healthy items and on wife's store card she bought other food items. I received no Vitality points for the healthy foods that I bought because I was told that the items from both cards are taken into account when awarding points is this correct?
