Healthy food Switch voucher not working

I received an email from Discovery vitality news that i am a winner with the healthyfood switch app,<br> <br> the email said,<br> <br> Dear Rofhiwa<br> congratulations! you won a R500 food prize at Woolworths with Healthyfood switch.<br> <br> I went to Woolworths to buy the food with the voucher and the voucher number didn't work, it said voucher is invalid, the Woolworths staff called they head office to ask about it and i was told i should call discovery.<br> <br> in the terms and conditions it doesnt say that i 1st have to call the discovery so the voucher can work,<br> imagine the embarrassment and time wasting it was,<br> i took my time at lunch and took my time to select the food i wanted and i was standing in a long Que only to be told the voucher number is invalid<br> <br> and when i called the call centre number i was told that my iddue will be resolve in 3 budniess days<br> <br>
