Healthy food rewards Problem still not resolved.

Have been with the Healthy foods since the beginning, every month receiving my rewards, and then since December 2014, no more .Have phoned the call center, sent emails and nobody can explain why my healthy foods reward has stopped,they have asked me to supply till slips from PicknPay, but cannot supply , but have supp**** Discovery credit card transactions of the purchases.PLEASE HELP.Here are my reference numbers.***,***,***,***,
