Healthy food cash back is a ****! Non existent customer service

I was told I will receive 25% off on healthy food items purchased at Pick n pay as it is my preferred partner. I've never once received any discount since joining. Ive done all requirements needed to receive the bonus, it's just a ****. Also when I try to call customer service no one Answers after going through the prompts and having my airtime depleting by "waiting for the next available operator". Really disappointing from this company. I think they don't care cause there's no other company offering this type of service. Don't think they will even reply to this review.
