Healthy Food card

I am a big fan of Discovery Vitality and find their rewards great. I have however been trying for 2 months to get a Healthy Food card to no avail.

I have called the call centre numerous times and while the staff are very friendly and helpful, they always say the same thing: As normal delivery procedure has not worked they will need to get permission from their manager to send a courier and will phone me back once this has been done. Not once have they kept their promise and I am still without a card 2 months later. I now have to read my 16 digit code to the cashier at Pick n Pay....much to the annoyance of people standing behind me in the queue.

My HealthyGear card was delivered within a week so the problem is definitely not with the delivery address.

Surely it can't be that difficult to get a card to a member?
