Healthy care benefit not pulling through

I am very annoyed. Discovery vitality and Clicks are sending me back and forth. Last month I got my cash back normally. This month I'm being told that my card is not linked on my discovery, but how when I got paid last month. Now I'm being told to wait a week and a half while they convert the cards. I am annoyed somebody needs to rectify this NOW.
