Have to be a gym member to redeem Kauai Vitality reward voucher

<p>I decided to redeem a Vitality active reward at Kauai at Lonehill Virgin Active this evening only to discover that to get to Kauai I have to be a gym member or pay the daily rate for training at the gym. The alternative is for a person from Kauai to come to the front desk, take my order and my phone to scan the voucher. There is no way that I am giving my phone to a stranger to scan the voucher. They could drop the phone and then who is liable? Virgin Active would deny all liability even though they were the ones who caused the situation in the first place. Not worth the risk.</p> <p>I've achieved my reward and should be able to redeem it at the Kauai of my choice without incuring extra costs or inconvenience. </p> <p>Well done Vitality for encouraging me to be a couch potato. I can't redeem my rewards at Kauai so I may as well stop being healthly. </p>
