Hauwei app not syncing with vitality app

I have a Huawei P20 lite and a Huawei band pro 2.. Bt my neither my app nor my band is synching with the vitality app. And no seems to be able to know what the problem might be. Very weak service. Every time I am being told to wait for 48 hours..
