Gym Tracker Not Fixed

These guys don't know what they are doing regarding the gym visits. At the end of October 2021 the gym tracker indicated that my visits was up to date 36/36. On Friday 26 November 2021 I noticed the gym tracker indicates 28/36 (I have photo), I contacted Discovery Vitality to query this, it was then stated that on there side it indicates 23/36 and on my side 28/36. How does this work? They lodged a query regarding this and I have heard nothing on this matter. On the 2 December 2021 the gym tracker indicates now 26/36. So I ask what the hell!!

Even though the gym tracker is correct my gym subscription sould have been cancelled or stopped monthes ago according to the visit shown, but I can still go to gym, once again whet the hell!!

I also would like to know how can Discovery Vitality force member to attend gym when the country have pandemic on its hand and force members to go to gym despite COVID-19 can be present.
