Gym membership cancelled for literally no reason

I see that my Planet Fitness membership has been cancelled due to \non payment\", which i cannot understand, as everything has been fine for the last 9.5 years and nothing has changed on my side for there to be no payment. I have called vitality and then get transfered to the billing department who cannot help and then get transferred back to vitality. Tired of being transferred from contact center to contact center and just want this resolved now so that i can get back into the gym without them giving me a hard time.<br> Please could someone resolve my issue and get back to myself and Planet fitness today about this so that i can resume my gym contract. I signed up before 2010, therefore i want the pre-2010 benefits reinstated on my policy.<br> Please kindly treat this with urgency.<br> The reference number when i called was ***"
