Gym membership cabcelled woth no notice from discovery

My membership was cancelled without any notice. The debit order from discover side was an issue while my bank says there arent any issues. Its been a week since i havent been able to go to gym and no one has come up with a solution. I have been a member since 2007 with no payment issues ever! Please sprt this out so i can get back to the gym.
