Gym fees

<p>Hi, i joined virgin active from liberty. I was charged over R1500 in fees. I am on Bankmed and i was under the impression that we will not be charged a joining fee as this is what was communicated to us. Further more Liberty closed down their rewards programme which is why i joined vitality, i did not expect to be charged so much. if i knew this i would of joined multiply. this is ridiculous. i expect a refund of my fees as i paid to join with liberty now i am forced to pay again. please help me, this is totally unfair. i expected more from you guys. also you guys waivered fees for other people that joined virgin active so i expect the same for me, i was informed that some people even received a refund after paying their joining fees so i expect the same as this is unfair practice and ************** </p>
