Gym Discount

I joined Planet fitness in Oct 2015. At 80% discount. In Jan 2016 the discount dropped to 75%. However this was to only go to members who were not new. i.e. if the member was still in their 12 month period of joining they would still benefit at 80% discount. BUT this has not happened I have ben debited since Jan the higher amount. I have called numerous times and was told I would be refunded but it was all lies. No refund and a higher debit order I never signed up for. I have emailed all the terms and conditions showing this clause and no-one has even contacted me to correct this. Shocking service. I have no alternative but to now take this to the Ombud if I get no response. The terms clearly state that if the member is still within the 12m period they will stay on 80% and will only be effected after that period has lapsed.
