Gym Booster billing cycle not in sync with Vitality Active Rewards

<p>After reaching all my active rewards for November, Discovery refuse to refund my full 25% for Gym Booster due to their billing cycle being different to my Active Rewards cycle on my app. False advertising! They say they will give your whole 25% of your gym membership back if you achieve all 4 rewards in the month. I logged a call and they got back to me 2 weeks later and refused to refund my R78. I even have screen shots to prove I achieved all my rewards. Completely disgusting! </p>
