Gym Booster Activation Failure

I have been struggling for weeks to activate my Gym Booster Benefit on both the website and discovery app. Day in Day out this service fails to work. I have called in to report this my reference is ********** 114. This issue is out of its turn around time already and still not resolved even after me calling in regularly begging them to activate my benefit and each time I hear "back office is busy". I also went as far as completing documentation which was sent to me to have this activated and each day a different agent makes empty promises. Discovery encourages healthy lifestyle and cannot live up to its service offering and render basic support services to clients. If this issue persists for 2 more business working days I will cancel all active services and take my business somewhere else.
