Gym benefit still cancelled

I have called your call centers so many times now without success, my vitality membership was cancelled and now has been reinstated but my Virgin Active gym benefit is still been cancelled, i have been told that it will automatically be activated but its not, I want this sorted out today or else I'm going to cancel all my investments with Discovery.
