Gym benefit discount

I am disgusted by your service! I have phoned, I have emailed and seem to only be met with incompetence! My gym benefit discount was lowered for apparently not completing my required gym visits. This is apparently by one visit. I informed your employees that I did complete what discover app said I must!!!
