Gym access for online workout

i have had a very horrible encounter with the discovery vitality consultant on the Ask Discovery whatsapp chat. Yesterday I questioned "why i did not get my gym access when i completed my 35min online work on the Discovery home workout website. The consultant rude and arrogant to say they do not award gym access for the home online work out. I them directed to the t&c's on the discovery website. It says you get 50points and one gym access.. He says it is incorrect on the website and i cannot claim any further gym access. Discovery cannot suddenly go change t&c's to suit them.. Especially since we in April 2024 already.. They need to notify members of the change and change it next year?
