Great Service

I just got of a call i made today 11/12/2017 @ 14:30 and i spoke to Sharon. I had an issue with my cash back and needed an explanation. Sharon has been most helpful. She spent at least 30 minutes explaining almost the same thing to me and i could not understand. There was not a moment where i felt she was irritated. I could sense her smiling all the was. She definitely knows what Customer service is about and please make sure this compliment reaches her. Can her manager call me back as i have a lot to say.
