Great advertising but dismal delivery of results

I cannot understand why Discovery offers the healthy food cash back and healthy gear cash back options if it does not deliver. I average +- R250-R300 healthy food cash back per month. This month, being July 2019 i received R50!! I also spent well over R800 on healthy gear at Totalsports and not a cent cashback was received. Discovery is quick to advertise or the "perks" but is dismal when it comes to delivery.
