Good customer Skills

It is always a pleasure of calling a Discovery Call centre. Especially the Vitality agents. I have called them twice this month on both occasion I received good service(Spoke to Mpumi and Yonela respectively). Wish both call center agents around the country were professional and offer good service like the one we receive at Discovery Vitality. Keep up the good work
