Goal not achieved error causes costs and frustration

I have several Discovery products which I am generally very happy with, however for the 3rd time this year (the year is only 6 weeks old today) Discovery has failed to calculate my activity points correctly. Now if I loose a cup of coffee every now and then, so what, however the errors cause me to have to pay a penalty for my Apple Watch benefit, the 2 previous errors have been subsequently rectified, I have submitted error number 3 today. My gripe is that it takes time and effort to manage the errors of discovery and if you do not take the time and effort to monitor and correct their errors you will loose financially, I accept people make mistakes but this surely is an automated program/app? I am yet to find an error that financially benefited me, makes me wonder....

Discovery, please fix your systems so that it does not require constant monitoring and resolution.

The problem was reported a week ago tomorrow, it has not been resolved, and the automated confirmation of receipt mail says a consultant will contact you within 2 working days, this has not happened either.... Very poor Discovery....
