Getting discounts? think again...

<p>As a diamond member of DiscoveryVitality I am due to get a 35% discount when hiring a car through Europcar. Surprisingly this is not the case! On getting a quote directly from Europcar on their site it was cheaper than getting the quote I received for the same car, for the same period through Europcar via Kulula.com - which supposedly included my 35% discount!!! Turns out the prices are hiked up before the discount is taken off.. making it a completely joke and in fact more expensive!!! I'm interested to know what other Vitality discounts are a ****...</p> <p>On contacting Discovery Vitality via FaceBook messanger, they were incredibly unhelpful, talking in circles as an attempt to avoid the issue. Just a note to all of you out there...</p>
