Gameboard BULL****

This new gameboard system is an absolute ****up and in my opinion has ruined the entire value proposition of the Vitality program. Instead of automatically getting points for doing things (the old system). You now have to open the app, click on a button and receive a random reward.

Firstly, what the ****? Since when did a rewards program become a gambling system? Also, what is the algorithm that decides how many points are available, the relative probabilities of getting them etc? This is all hidden. No accountability. It is just a layer of obfuscation which allows discovery to manipulate the probabilities and manage the rate at which discovery miles are given out.

Secondly. The implementation is **** poor to say the least. The discovery app is one of the worst designed I have ever encountered. There are endless issues with every feature. Which gives rise to the major issue. There are no notifications when you do earn plays on this ridiculous gameboard. And when you do open it, sometimes the gameboard itself just doesn't work.

Finally, the real "**** you" feature... If you don't claim your bull**** gameboard plays within a week of earning them, they expire and you get nothing. Combine this with the lack of notifications and ****ty app, and you effectively loose out on all rewards. This is flat out ****.

REMOVE THIS GAMEBOARD BULL****. GO BACK TO THE OLD SYSTEM. IT WAS BETTER.
